Superstars Football Academy – Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions outline the guidelines for participation in all classes, programmes, and activities organised by Superstars Football Academy. By enrolling your child, you agree to the following:

1. Supervision & Participation

  • All children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times during the class.
  • Parents/guardians of children under 3 years old are required to actively participate in the session to assist their child’s engagement and enjoyment.
  • Parents/guardians of children aged 3 and above are encouraged to participate when needed to support their child’s involvement and confidence.
  • Superstars Football Academy staff are responsible for organising and running activities but not for child supervision outside the class environment.

2. Health & Safety

  • Please ensure your child is in good health and fit to participate in physical activity.
  • Any medical conditions, allergies, or special requirements must be disclosed prior to participation.
  • Appropriate sportswear and footwear must be worn during all sessions.
  • In the event of an emergency, our team will follow the Emergency Contact Procedure, and parents will be notified immediately.

3. Behaviour & Conduct

  • We promote a fun, positive, and respectful environment.
  • Disruptive or unsafe behaviour may result in a child being temporarily or permanently removed from the session.
  • Parents/guardians are expected to support coaches in encouraging positive participation and teamwork.

4. Cancellations & Schedule Changes

  • Superstars Football Academy reserves the right to cancel or reschedule classes due to weather conditions, venue availability, or unforeseen circumstances.
  • Where possible, advance notice will be provided, and alternative sessions may be offered.
  • Customer cancelations to classes must be provided with 2 weeks notice

5. Photography & Media

  • Photos or videos may occasionally be taken for promotional or training purposes.
  • Parents who do not wish their child to be photographed must inform staff in writing before the session.

6. Liability

  • While every precaution is taken to ensure safety, Superstars Football Academy and its staff accept no liability for accidental injuries or loss of personal belongings.
  • Participation in activities is at the parent’s or guardian’s own risk.

7. Agreement

By attending our classes, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
